GUIDED WORKOUTS

You will receive coaching on-the-spot and be guided through 45 minutes of strength, endurance, and mobility work. Our workouts are NEVER pre-record so you get support every step of the way whether its classes, bootcamp or private training.

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED

All you need is your body weight! We'll take care of the rest with our custom programming. All you need to do is show up! How easy is that?

"What originally brought me to Studio ME was the idea of a small studio, woman owned and the location which is in walking distance from me. I knew I needed to find a place that was convenient that could get me into a routine.

I have tried many other workout studios over the years. Large studios like Lifetime, the Firm, Calhoun beach club, YMCA and an in home private studio. I did enjoy doing group classes but I didn’t see the results I was aiming for.  My goals were weight loss and muscle tone. 

Since I have started Studio ME I have become a lot stronger. I have lost weight and gained muscle. I have more confidence and feel better about myself. My favorite part is working with a trainer and feeling invigorated after my workout.

I have recently retired and want to remain strong and flexible.  I have more time to concentrate on myself and improve even further.  I want to be strong and to continue to travel and do things and working out at Studio Me will allow me to do this.

I have participated in the group classes as well.  I enjoy working out with groups because there are people of all ages.  You are never made to feel bad if you go at your own pace or can’t complete all of the exercises.  I enjoy being challenged and the group classes really challenge me.

Since the Covid-19 a change has come about with social distancing.  We are doing online workouts using Zoom.  I was hesitant to use Zoom, but once I downloaded the app, I have not looked back.  I have a kettlebell and TRX strap and can fully train online.  I feel I get just as good a workout as in the studio.

What if i'm not good with technology?

No worries! We will guide you through every step. All you need is a laptop, tablet, or smart phone to particiate in classes.

What if I have limited space?

You are in luck! We don't require any equipment and you only need as much room as a yoga mat would take up. Cool huh?

What is virtual training like?

During this time you need to make sure you are letting your body recover to keep your immune system healthy so we have balanced our workouts with cardio, strength and recovery. Because our workouts are never pre-recorded, you get help from a coach.
